Friday - September 9 - Page 4 - At Carl Smith's party that Friday night, Neil Herring, Jane Maples, and Gerald Thompson are near each other, although it appears that Gerald is speaking with somone out of camera range to the left.  Jane and Neil appear to have their own talk going.

Tim Smith and Ralph Stafford have one conversation going, while their wives have another one in progress behind them.

Ronnie made it a point to greet everyone as they arrived at Carl's place.   Gary Brock and Jimmy Rich were among the latest to arrive.

Douglas Kendall stepped up to greet Gary Brock just when I was trying to get a picture of Ronnie and the guys.

The picture above and this one show some of the drawbacks of digital cameras.   When I composed the picture above, Douglas was not blocking my view of Ronnie.   Due to the camera's delay in actually taking the photo, Douglas entered the shot eclipsing my view of Ronnie.  When I tried to take this shot immediately after that, the flash went off, but not at full power.  The result was this underexposed photo of Ronnie hugging Gary Brock.

As a result of the under exposed photo above, I did a little cropping and post-processing of the image in Corel Photo Paint to bring out details.

Becky Thomas and her husband Hilliard Jolly arrived and engaged Alan Little in conversation.

Andrea Higgins arrived to find Barbara Rappold Lutzky at her first reunion party at Carl's home.
