October 29, 2022:  Saturday was the removal of my propeller from my airplane at the Rockledge Airport.  On Monday, October 31, I delivered the prop to Aircraft Propeller Works in Auburndale, Florida only 38.5 miles from where I live in Kissimmee, Florida.  They are a certified Hartzell Propeller repair center.  With the number of propellers they have on hand waiting for service, I was told it could take up to 30 days to get my propeller back in my hands.  It was delivered to me on Monday, December 5, 2022.

I have been looking for a way to protect my factory new propeller blades and found that McFarlane Aviation provides a Prop Guard kit with a thick clear strip of 3M tape with a special adhesive.  This is the front office of Aircraft Propeller Works.

The propeller work is done in this large building behind the offices.
