January 29, 2006:  Paul emailed a few new pictures recently, but I have been late in posting them here due to my recently changing job status.  You can see how he solved the issue of a perfectly straight trailing edge.  I want to remind you that Paul works for an aluminum fabrication company and has access to plenty of aluminum angles, channels, extruded tubing, etc.
