The trailer is loaded and ready for the first trip to the dump where all this material will be turned into mulch.  The guys are also discussing lunch possibilities at 1:18 PM.

All the logs seen here will be part of the next load going to the dump.

Work is ready to resume after lunch and unloading the trailer.  There is still plenty of "brush" small limbs to be cleared.  One major trunk of the tree remains.

Chris Jenkins sits in his truck awaiting the return of the crew.  My camera location is on the driveway of the house next door for this photo and the one above.

I have returned to my earlier camera position to get this one photo as the crew returns at 3:32 PM.

The view from the neighbor's driveway is better for the next work.

Another big log is tied to the rope that will lower it to the ground and the cut is being made.  The wood chips from the saw are falling like snow.

The brush has been cleared in front of the house, and small twigs and leaves are being raked up and deposited in a trash can brought by the crew.  The next section of the trunk is tied and ready for the cut.

And so it goes...

I moved my camera tripod to the north side of the tree to get a series of four photos as the next cuts will go quickly since the logs can fall to the ground without a rope.  The photos are put together to animate the sequence of GIF files seen below in one-second intervals.

The last limb that went over the house next door is now on the ground.   This photo was taken at 4:43 PM.

Each log is cut into smaller pieces that can be easily moved to the street.
